Money vs Holiday (pre eid-fitr)

I would say that my Hari Raya celebration this year was really testing my physical and mental fitness. It forced me to think not only twice, but yet again and again. Maybe it was small conflict for some of you but given with all the limited time, information and resources (or shall I say money?), I found that it is hard to make some live-or-dead decision. For instance, one of my conflicts before hari raya was the application for raya leave.

This one is quite annoying problem as it is under the uncertainty situation, where at first, fstep didn’t let us to take any leave and simultaneously they informed to all the FIs’ HR ~ not to let us taking any leave during hari raya. Come on! that’s really aggravated!! as we know, u know and they all know that that Friday (read 3rd day of raya), majority of the Malaysian were still take off for holiday (90% were malay, of course). No works, no people and the cafétaria also will be closed (read DANGER and CRITICAL). Yeap, I would understand if we are in probation period, or just start working, for sure we will not ask for any leave. Yet, it turns out that our program (read fstep) was in our 8th or 9th month, without any leaves (except the 2 days as we finished our classes because nothing to do while being there looo) it is really tiring and exhausting.

And to make thing worse, the tales (read rumours) about our leave kept growing amongst the fstepians. I shall say that the most rumours I ever heard for a very short time would be during this fstep program. Everybody is like knowing something, but either u can trust it or not.. hehe..better be careful as it is from A said that B recalled C told ….(hollaaa..at last u never know who said what). I think that might be a true news but we know, the program (read... u know what to read) always had this ‘surprise’ OR last minute changes, thus don’t believe anybody until u heard or being told by the program coordinator by himself/themselves, and if it is turns to be wrong again.. u better stab “someone” (read Mr/Ms X or him/her). Afterwards, maybe because the huge tensed or urges from various FIs’ HR, the program (read management) concluded that our allowance shall be deducted IF we want to take leave! (Whoooaaa…ugut nampak?! Haha..). Tolak la…who cares (deep in my heart, I do care sikt la).hoho.. My advise to employer outside: NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF INTERNS, and don’t give options la whether to choose holiday or money, that one-day allowance deduction, because of course we will stick to take that “precious” holiday! Hahaha… That’s really happen as almost all participants of the program (read ….) especially malays didn’t think twice eventhough allowance will be deducted accordingly. Uhuhu..seems like money lost to the holiday in this battle. At first, I didn’t influenced by the others to take leave. What to lose? After all, I’m Selangorian whatt??? However, when che decide to go back to Ganu earlier, I have to sacrifice my 2 day allowance la..ahaha..a bit “kupik” la, ya lahhhh….sehari RM 100++, huhuhu… Finally, I took 2 days leaves for hari raya celebration this year. Is there anything to lose? Not really except the money!! Who’s winning? I guessed this time… holiday won! Next time..dunno yet! ~sigh~

p/s: Final announcement from them (u know who), they wont deduct our Friday’s allowance as government also holiday loooo… ahahaha..Alhamdulillah, it minimise our loss.

english class after class

Ever been in any extra classes after class? Yup. I’m doing that now, friends. Suddenly the management (or is it the English committee for the English month?) suddenly decided that some of us have to undergo some extra classes for the writing and speaking skills after 5.00 pm. Definitely this due to our non-performance of English communication. As you know, my English is no better and doesn’t show any improvement yet. This should be great time to improve our English, I guessed. However, I would say it rather important to have the right intention for whatever you are doing now because if you don’t have one, you’ll find it much difficult and hard to do it. Somehow it seems like I already skipped about 2 classes due to ‘unavoidable’ condition. (seriously?) haha.. I actually envied to those who are fluent and expert in using the right English. Of course it requires practice (which I don’t do much). I’m not sure what happen to me as previously (urmm.. I mean during those school days) I can easily finished an English novel within 1-2 days. Never mind… hopefully, we (FSTEPians especially my friends & I) will be better in the daily communication after having this class. Pray for us yeah!! Insya Allah.

Till we meet again! daaa..

The Green Mile

Dear,

No matter how many times I watch this film, I still can be ‘touched’ by the plot. I already watch this film almost 7-10 times, but I believe I still can watch it from the start until the end again and again. Yes, of course this is a very old movie (is it that old?) Surely does as Tom Hanks was very tough and young at the time. Haha.. I’m not really sure actually. Forgive me.

This film tells about the ‘magic’ in man, or also called the ‘force of nature’ in one man, name John Coffey (very big black man). Because of his physical appearance, he has been accused to murder 2 little girls as the villagers found him crying out loud holding that 2 little girls dead bodies. What people don’t know is he actually too late to save the girls. And, to make the story interesting, John has been pleaded guilty and sent to the death sentence (electric chair).

The story is basically just around E Block, where it placed the ‘death sentences’ convicts including John Coffey, Dell (and his Mr Jingles), Wild Billy (the real murdered of the girls) with the wardens; Paul, Brutal, Harry, annoying Percy and another one..(I just can’t remember his name right now). The green mile is actually the last path that leads to the electric chair room. Why they called that final path a green mile? it just because the floor is lime green in colour. This film able to touch your heart when it actually shows to us when the innocent being accused/guilty for what he had not done, surely you will feel terrible and guilty for what he had to take. I just don’t know how to tell you the story, but I WOULD LOVE TO SUGGEST YOU TO WATCH THIS FILM ONCE! Forget about all the ‘crappy films’ cintan cintun..tangkap muat sume tu.. Layan film lama pun berbaloi la kawan… hehe.. But, it truly depends on individual interests, however..please do give appraisal to a really good movie. That’s how our film industry should response to our need, dear.

See ya’

p/s: any good movies to recommend?

Journey to FSTEP (pt.2)

The continuation from the previous part…

Journey (should be adventure) with Rapid KL bus

After one week using KTM as my main transportation to FSTEP, then I shift my mode of transportation to the Rapid KL No. E65 (Central Market – Alam Mega). I surely will tell you this, the experiences using bus to KL everyday is very tough..and it makes u appreciate if you have any vehicle at home (I said any right?, but not including ur babies walker of course!). During my journey with Rapid KL, I woke up quite early.. abis lewat pun kul 6.15am because I have to wait for the bus at the roundabout in front of my house (pukul 12 yerk!) and it’s quite far u know. The bus supposedly will show up around 6.45am – 6.50am.. If u missed the bus, u r required to be terrorist, push anybody (or should I used everybody) inside. And during this ‘theraphy session’ , banyak kali gaks la ‘terkepit’ dan ‘mengepit’. Haha.. So, those who are direct or indirectly involved dalam aksi kepit mengepit nih… hahaha.. thousand apologizes ok! Haha.. Alrite, here are some key points or conclusion that I get throughout the journey. Maybe u guys can apply some of these tips:

· Almost 85% from the total passengers of the bus are ‘foreigners’. It’s worries me, but still we don’t have the right to judge people, right? They are same as us, we wake up early and so do them! Let it be fair ok! However, it makes u more conscious of the people surrounds you and makes you more careful.

· Still… u will not feel safe at the Bus Stand Klang.. no matter how mane policemen they put there scatter. Maybe what I’m thinking of is if something happen to me, then it’ll be too late for the policeman to take action. Until now actually, I don’t really like to be in KL area “walking”. So, sorry for friends who want to invite me ‘makan angin’ di KL.huhu..

· There is an incident (or should I use ‘accident’?.) Ahaha.. during one of my journey to KL, two “stylo” men..(Indonesian ~ please don’t feel offence) took the same ride with me in that morning. However, because the bus was already full of people, they have to stand. Unfortunately, these 2 mamats stand in front of me.. At first, I’m not aware of anything happen in front of me but suddenly I just realize that there was uninteresting scenery in front of me. Waahhh… sangat meloyakan dan mengembangkan tekak! Segan nak cakap kat sini.. Tp, my advise too the fashion freak out there.. kalau nak pakai seluar londeh pun, jgn lupa dipakai ‘adik’ yg didalam tu! If taknak pakai pun…make sure, u dah ‘ganyoh’ ngan berus besi harta anda tu!! Chessss… hilang selera ku hari tu! Huhu.. another advise is… TOLONGLA JGN BAYANGKAN CERITA DIATAS!!! Huhu..

·

Till then first.. don’t have enough ideas to continue la.hehehe..

Journey to FSTEP pt.1 (KTM)

I don’t know how I’m supposed to design my blog, but I belief my blog is a place where I can throw out anything I had in my mind at any time, anywhere. I’m neither politician nor artists to comment on the arts, but I do have some interest over politic and nation development, but not taking part aggressively.

Everyday, I went to KL, not because I want to but because I have to. I have to do that doesn’t means I don’t like what I’m doing now but I certainly means that sometimes I prefer to do that and sometimes I prefer not to do that. We are FREE MAN right? Haha.. But for a long term, I knew my time in FSTEP now will be one of my SWEET MEMORIES I have later. Thus, I would like to share some experiences throughout my journey to KL everyday, starting from 7th December 2007, obviously it is last year.

Journey with KTM

Previously, I took Komuter from Shah Alam to Kuala Lumpur, almost everyday, but for a week only. I have to take 6.45 am train everyday. If not, I have to be a fish in a sardine tin..and it’s really annoys me.huhu.. So, everyday abang or che kene antar gi KTM at most 6.30am / 6.40am.. But, Raihan is always Raihan kan?? also well known as ‘latecomer’ mehhh… Jadi, selalu nya asyik terlepas train je. Hahaha..those who know me, will definitely understand. The cure is unknown till today. OK, jgn terpesong.. actually I want to share with u guys.. what did I learnt during the journey. Let’s call it as tips if u want to consider KTM as ur main transport k!

  • If u missed a train, please call ur colleagues and let them punch ur card first, because the next train is like forever.
  • It is normal, and like a routine that everyday, there will delay or even cancel trip, especially when everybody are waiting for them. Cissss..
  • Be prepared with ur face mask..(full face helmet also OK) if you want to take KTM in the morning & evening, especially if it 7.00am and 5.30pm… Aroma yg menusuk.. original perfume what!!haha.. Other than that, masa ni… it feels like u want to start a rugby game..haha.. horror man!!!
  • Never ever expect you can reach on time … please schedule ur time about 2 hours buffer.hehe..
  • When u enter the train..u’ll see all the passengers, yg berjaya duduk..will close their eyes, konon2 tidur la tu… haha… mesti takut tertengok org tua/pompuan hamil/OKU…nnt kene surrender seats diorg kan.. so, baik pura2 tisur..so, takdela nampak kan?!! – budget org tak tau la tu!!

Hehe.. those tips are based on my own experiences and some of friend’s. Not to criticise on our public transportation.. But I wonder, why KTM services is still not well improved, since 1995.. the same complaints are being forwarded again and again.. Is this a some sort of strategy or ..just another Malaysia Boleh??

a little scene from parliaments

My personal view:
Really looking forward to watch the next “Sidang Parlimen” (LIVE ok). I wonder why the Shaberry Cheek cuak sangat sampai terus nak stop siaran langsung tu. Biasalah..nama pun sidang parlimen. Tapi bila mereka menggimikkan seolah-olah MP are not professional enough to be on air..ehehe.. Come on la, selama ni pun..dalam previous sidang parlimen pun, takde la professional mana pun MP yang ada. Habis-habis professional pun, duk melangut adela..takpun tido..takpun seat kosong (memang busy habis MP ni..)..paling hebat pun..sume setuju je. Yelah..kalau nak object or bangkang, ade plak kene tindakan tatatertib. Opssss… MANA MENARIKNYA ?? Hopefully, with more than 1/3 MP from the opponent party will make everybody keep alert and let their heart beating faster. Semua isu akan melibatkan semua MP, tak boleh tidak..siapa yang pasif sangat tu..macamana nak membela nasib rakyat? Baru nampak buat kerja sket! Then, we people will know..who really fight for the nation or not! WE SUPPORT LIVE ON AIR!! ahaha..then, the next election we vote again, because… UNDI ADALAH RAHSIA! Ehehe..

p/s: Bigfoot or Big Monkey is not the issue here, please laaa..!! What are u afraid of sirs?

bukan salah big foot atau big monkey!! mereka difitnah..tp mereka redha je..huhu
